How to make a Masala Omelette in spring

If you want to eat something different for breakfast on Sunday morning, then you can start your day with  masala omelette .

Spring Masala Omelette  Recipe Prep Time: 10  mins Cook Time: 5–7 mins ️Serves: 1–2

Onion
Chili
Cheese

Ingredients of Masala Omelette 

2–3 egg¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chili powder  – Salt, to taste – ½ tsp garam masala  – 1–2 tbsp milk or water –  2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped (spring twist!)   – 1 tsp oil or ghee (for cooking) FINELY CHOPPED  – 1 small red onion,  – 1 small tomato,  – 1 green chili, – 2 tbsp fresh coriander 

Instructions for Cook: 

Whisk the eggs in a bowl with salt, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and milk/water. Beat until frothy. 

Stir in the chopped onion, tomato, chili, mint, coriander, and any optional vegetables. Mix well.

Heat oil or ghee in a nonstick pan over medium heat..

Pour in the mixture and spread evenly. Cook uncovered for about 2–3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and set.

Flip gently and cook the other side for 1–2 minutes.

Serve hot, with toast, roti, or on its own with chutney or ketchup.
